Multipliers
Junction Multipliers is a multinational leadership development program, that is built for and offered to select communities based on an assessment of the ongoing work with JDC.

This program supports young leaders to activate Jewish life in their own communities while staying connected to a wider pan-European network.
​
Multipliers are tailor-made hands-on trainings, for young adult changemakers who receive coaching, funding, and networking, to design and implement initiatives locally — from leadership programs to engagement experiences to innovative community responses and traditions. The program allows these young leaders to grow their impact and develop their expertise and know-how in building sustainable local ownership of Jewish life.
