Junction is the response to the growing desire of young Jews in Europe to be part of a community life that reflects their own image.
Year after year, through a mix of networking, grants and gatherings, Junction supports young leaders in developing their projects and helps them find and shape their Jewish path. We enable Jewish experiences to ensure a Jewish future.
We are committed to mentoring, inspiring and amplifying the work of young people across Europe.

If you are a young Jew in Europe, we invest in you and your community, to create projects that promote and renew Jewish life. While part of what we offer is financial input, we seek to build a meaningful relationship, by also offering consultations, speaker engagements, skills training and advice that will orient you towards project sustainability and building for the future.
We are in regular contact with Jewish communities across Europe. And we make sure to share what we learn working with young adults to facilitate connections and help communities prioritize ways to engage young adults.
Every time I leave a Junction event, I feel inspired to do more.
The financial support Keshet has received through Junction grants is also an invaluable source of support and trust in our organization.
